Larry W. Baker, P.E., P.L.S., C.F.M., President/Principal Engineer purchased Breisch & Associates in 2007. William B. “Bill” Breisch, P.E., P.L.S., founded Breisch & Associates, Inc., a civil engineering and land surveying firm in 1957. Bill has maintained a reputation of excellence in engineering for a half century through his ability to adapt to changing demands and his long practice of incorporating sound business principals along with technological advances for his clients’ benefit.

Larry, with a career spanning 31 years, 12 of which is with Breisch & Associates, chose to maintain the Breisch name and build on its 50 year legacy as a professional team with diversity, experience, and commitment for his clients project needs. Larry’s public sector work experience includes Public Works Director/City Engineer for the City of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, as well as the City of Tulsa’s Design Manager where he oversaw multiple infrastructure projects costing over $100 million per year.

Thomas J. Cobb, P.E., is Senior Vice President of Breisch & Associates, and he is responsible for the technical operations of the firm.  Mr. Cobb has been with Breisch for 32 years providing civil engineering.  He has also been responsible for bio-environmental engineering for the firm’s projects consisting of hazardous waste permits, environmental assessments, landfill design, sludge management plans, earthen dam design, value engineering and operations manuals.

The Breisch professional staff includes 22 employees with a vast array of experience in the design and construction of streets, bridges and highways, private and public utilities including water, waste water, storm water, hydrology and hydraulics, floodplain management, subdivision layout, and all aspects of surveying utilizing the latest GPS equipment.
