Thomas J. Cobb, P.E., is President of Breisch & Associates, and he is responsible for the technical operations of the firm.  Mr. Cobb has been with Breisch for 35 years providing civil engineering.  He has also been responsible for bio-environmental engineering for the firm’s projects consisting of hazardous waste permits, environmental assessments, landfill design, sludge management plans, earthen dam design, value engineering and operations manuals.

The Breisch professional staff includes 6 employees with a vast array of experience in the design and construction of streets, bridges and highways, private and public utilities including water, waste water, storm water, hydrology and hydraulics, subdivision layout, and all aspects of surveying utilizing the latest GPS equipment.
