Southroads Mall ALTA Survey -- Tulsa, OK
This project incorporated approximately 15 acres of land which was an
older Mall that has been reconstructed into All new amenites. A very difficult
process of locating all of the then current facilities and Buildings and
the assimilation of various Tract descriptions enabled for an overall
Tract map showing all of the Existing Buildings, Parking, Drives, access
points, Utilities and other matters of record were shown on the Final
Alta Survey.
This alta Survey served as the basis of Engineering design and the re-building
of the Mall which is known as “Southroads Mall” and is currently
flurishing in today's marketplace.

This Multi Million dollar Refinance Survey was completed which covers
approximatel5 acres of Industrial lands with numerous Buildings and Railroad
Trackage to serve the Steel fabricating facility.

Catholic Diocese ALTA Survey -- Osage County, OK
This Survey incorporates portions of Five (5) different and coterminous
Sections in Osage County. It was performed for the basis of dividing the
property into 3 Entities for Conveyence to ORU, Williams Companies and
Catholic Diocese. Located in the Southern limits of Osage County, this
project was completed in 1989.
