Cimarron Plaza is a commercial subdivision consisting of 4 lots on 4
acres in Sand Springs, Oklahoma.
The firm was responsible for the layout of the lots along with the design
of an 8" sanitary sewer extension and the necessary storm sewer to
provide detention for the existing conditions. Design surveys and construction
surveys were done by our in-house survey crews.

Parkway Crossing is a 36-acre commercial development located at the northeast
corner of 81st West Avenue and the Keystone Expressway. Our services included
zoning, planning, platting, design survey, infrastructure design (water,
sanitary sewer, streets, drainage, etc.) and pad site design.
As a part of this project the firm designed the lowering of 81st West
Avenue about five feet to take care of a sight distance problem at the
entrance to the development. Another special issue was the Arkansas River
levee, which abuts the property on the south.
Design surveys and construction staking were done by in-house survey crews.

Sapulpa, Oklahoma.
The firm designed the sanitary sewer, storm sewer and water line which
serves the property. We also handled the platting process as well as services
during construction.
