The Timbers Business Park -- Sand Springs, OK

The consisted of a 75-acre industrial park in Sand Springs. Our planning efforts included zoning and platting. Special consideration was necessary for developing in a flood plain and for the rechannelization of a creek.

Design plans were produced for streets, water lines, sanitary sewers, and site grading. The street design included studying several alternate paving sections and presenting the results to the City of Sand Springs. Other design included sanitary sewer, water lines and drainage. Special problems included erosion control due to the sandy nature of the soil, which called for special soil stabilization techniques.

The firm handled construction contract administration. The firm also provided bidding assistance and award recommendation. During construction we reviewed submittals and pay requests, performed periodic inspection and produced as-built drawings.
