The Firm was to survey and monument the boundary of eight platted subdivisions, including a major railway yard and the I-244 interdispersal loop in the downtown area of Tulsa, Oklahoma, in Tulsa County.

All streets and subdivisions were to be vacated to make room for Lincoln Properties to redevelop the area. Easement descriptions for the utility corridors were written along with the property descriptions for the boundary survey.

Included within this project were two major streets to be relocated, the right-of-way lines run and easement descriptions written. The centerline of all utilities were located as well as the alignment of railroad rights-of-way.
