Post Oak Ridge is a 65 acre residential subdivision in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.
Our firm commenced the project with land surveying and land planning in
early 2000.
The design was completed in December 2002 due to the desire of the developer
to delay the project. Construction will be done in two phases.
The design consists of 140 lots on 65 acres. It also includes curb and
gutter streets, 8" sanitary sewer, 6" water line and 2 detention
ponds. The firm will also perform services during construction.

Pond Creek Estates is a 31 acre residential subdivision.
The firm was responsible for land planning, platting procedures, engineering
and surveying for the project. The design consists of 25 lots and a 6"
water line. Each lot owner must provide their own DEQ approved on-site
sewage disposal system as well as their own propane tanks if gas is desired.

Lake View Estates at "The Vintage" -- Verdigris, OK
Lake View Estates at "The Vintage" is a 33 acre residential
subdivision.
The firm was responsible for land planning, platting procedures, engineering
and surveying for the project. Other responsibilities included hydraulic
studies, design of the streets, sanitary sewer systems and water line
systems, as well as services during construction.

Castle Creek is a 438 acre planned residential community.
Ther firm commenced the project with land surveying and land planning
in early 1997, and completed the design and construction of Phase 1, consisting
of 57 lots on 33 acres, in July 1998.
Phase 1 included two collector streets, several residential streets, a
3 acre pond, an outfall sanitary sewer, a sewer lift station with force
main, and an 8-inch water line.
The firm is currently revising the master plan to accommodate a 7,000
yard, 18-hole golf course facility. This revision will result in 600±
total residential single family lots.
Breisch & Associates has been responsible for 100% of the engineering,
surveying and land planning for this project.

Owasso Baptist Retirement Center -- Owasso, OK
The Owasso Baptist Retirement Center (Bradford Park) project consisted
of an 18 acre duplex/4plex subdivision.
The firm provided the necessary sketch, preliminary, final plats with
restrictive covenants to subdivide the tract into one block and one lot
and yet accommodate the units as proposed within the Planned Unit Development.
Sketch plat encompassed the entire 32-acre site.
The firm provided the necessary design engineering to receive approval
of the subdivision through the City of Owasso. The engineering design
services included water lines, sanitary sewers, streets and storm drainage
including detention pond.

Britton Meadows is a 46 acre planned residential subdivision in the town
of Skiatook, Osage County, Oklahoma.
The firm was the project engineer and land surveyor for the project. The
firm performed a topographic survey of the entire property and platted
99 lots and 3 blocks. The lots were an average size of 1/3 of an acre.
The firm was responsible for the land planning, platting procedures and
the design of the streets, stormwater detention and drainage system, sanitary
sewer system and waterline system, as well as services during construction.

of Skiatook, Oklahoma. The project consisted of 80 lots.

by platting 80 lots and 4 blocks. The lots were an average size of 1/2
an acre.

Springs, Oklahoma.
The firm was the project engineer and land surveyor for the project. Lakeside
Ridge is unique in its variety of lot sizes. Along the top of the ridge
the lots are an average of 2/3 of an acre while the lots which wrap around
the base of the ridge range from 4-10 acres.
We were responsible for the land planning, zoning, platting procedures
and the design of the streets, stormwater drainage system, sanitary sewer
system and the waterline system. We also performed services during construction.
